VANCOUVER, B.C. - If Shirley MacLaine's claim is verified, Dennis Kucinich becomes another U.S. Presidential candidate in history to have a reported Close Encounter in their past. The best evidence seems to indicate that Jimmy Carter had a Close Encounter of the First Kind in 1969 while serving as district governor of the Georgia Lion's Club, in the company of 10 - 12 members of the Leary, Georgia Lion's Club. Although as Governor of Georgia, Carter in 1973 signed a UFO report which dated the sighting as October 1969, the Lion's Club records indicate the date may have been January 6, 1969.
In a 2005 Gentlemen's Quarterly interview, Carter stated: "all of a sudden, one of the men looked up and said, 'Look, over in the west!' And there was a bright light in the sky. We all saw it. And then the light, it got closer and closer to us. And then it stopped, I don't know how far away, but it stopped beyond the pine trees. And all of a sudden it changed color to blue, and then it changed to red, then back to white. And we were trying to figure out what in the world it could be, and then it receded into the distance."
Carter's Close Encounter of the First Kind became part of the calculus of Carter's 1976 U.S. Presidential race against Gerald R. Ford, whom Carter soundly defeated. Carter's widely reported 1976 campaign quote promised an opening in the official U.S. truth embargo on the Extraterrestrial presence: "One thing's for sure, I'll never make fun of people who say they've seen unidentified objects in the sky. If I become President, I'll make every piece of information this country has about UFO sightings available to the public and the scientists."

Think about the implications of the following. There is one striking parallel between Jimmy Carter and Dennis Kucinich. If the accounts of their Close Encounters of the First Kind are genuine and not of human origin, then it is logical if not highly probable that both of these men may have been intentionally chosen as Close Encounter Contactees by the intelligence behind the Close Encounters because each would be future U.S. Presidential candidates. Certainly the impact of the respective Close Encounters on each is described as profound, if not personally transformational. In this sense, one could call both Carter and Kucinich the "Extraterrestrial candidates," that is candidates apparently intentionally chosen or "endorsed" by a higher intelligence behind the Close Encounters that each of these candidates experienced.
Caveat Lector: Of course, if one or both of the Close Encounters were with an ARV - Alien Reproduction Vehicle - then we could call that candidate the ultimate Illuminati candidate. One skeptical observor writes, "Silent triangular craft? Doesn't black ops have a few of them kickin around? It would probably be observing him allright.... Hmmmmm........and we know all about hearing things in your mind---that tech is as old as the hills....." Kucinich may well be targeted by Black Ops psychological warfare, and the experience reported by Shirley MacLaine may be an ARV Disinformational encounter. However, the Kucinich experiences may fit the profile of a genuine non-human Close Encounter of the First Kind, as the Carter experiences apparently do. The one factor that does stand out is that Kucinich reports some degree of personal transformation - "He said he felt a connection in his heart and heard directions in his mind." The skeptical observor states that voice to skull PsyOps technology can account for these experiences.
Let's follow through on viewing both Carter and Kucinich as specially "endorsed" political candidates, by some non-human intelligence behind each of the Close Encounters. We know that Jimmy Carter went on to win the Presidency. Carter was thwarted in many of his promises by two factors: the appointment of a Trilateralist Cabinet engineered by the forces of David Rockefeller, one of Carter's principal power backers, and the Iran Hostage October Surprise engineered by George HW Bush.
We do not know if 1976 Presidential Election exit polls would have tracked the Extraterrestrial Disclosure issue and determined if in fact Carter's early Exopolitics platform played a role in his electoral victory. OPEN LETTER ON NUCLEAR POWER - UNSAFE & NOT CLEAN
I would ask that you read Dr Helen Caldecotts 'Nuclear Power is not the Answer' or writings of Drs. Rosalie Bertell or David Suzuki on how clean and safe Nuclear Power is. Essentially:
[Not] Clean- The only reason that 'nuclear fission' is tolerated by the worlds public is for what in the early 1950s was touted as the 'friendly atom' ='nuclear power' and that myth has been perpetrated on the public ever since. It is not clean from either a Greenhouse Gas sense, nor a poisonous emissions sense.
Greenhouse Gas: 1)Exploration, Mining, Milling all consume vast amounts of petrol fuel and electricity to get to the yellowcake level of concentration. 98+% of the rest is 'waste', emitting radon gas into the air/water (its heavier than air so pockets in basements,gullys etc), uranium dissolved into the water, radioactive dust into the air (generally uranium-oxide similar to DU particulates) and other radioactive/heavy metal poisons toxic to virtually all biotic life. Should companies/governments be responsible enough to try to 'deal with' the waste properly, the energy consumed would multiply.
2)Enrichment of U235 in yellowcake from 0.7% to 3.5% necessary for reactor fuel. The plant in Petuka(sp?) Kentucky has two coal fired electicity plants going full-tilt to supply the energy needs for the uranium enrichment plant, hardly carbon neutral. At one time the plant in Oakridge Tennisee consumed 15% of the US energy grid. Essentially, vast quantities of electricity are used in enrichment, fuel processing, and fuel re-processing plant stages of 'carbon-neutral' Nuclear Power.
3)Then there is the Chloro-fleuro-carbon (CFC) emissions (you thought they were illegal, but the nuclear industry got an exemption in the international treaty banning all such...hmmm) to which the Nuclear Industry contributes 93% of total emissions.
4)And there are the cooling tanks (pumps for vast quantities of water), the waste storage shuffle, the building/mothballing/decommisioning of plants every 20-40 years because they get contaminated and 'fatigued' such that they are no longer 'safe' to operate.
Then there is the 'radioactive' daughters of U 238 and U235 from reactors (both of which are poisonous themselves, but in nature are so diffuse that they represent little overall hazzard to biotic life) Over 200 man made isotopes are created in Nuclear Chain Reactions/Fission. Iodine 237, Cesium 134, Strontium 90, Plutonium 139 are but a few of the exceptionally dangerous man made (never existed in nature before man made nuclear fission) isotopes. Several of these are routinely (the industry readily admits this but doesn't 'advertise' this) released as gasses into the air or dissolved in water and released, because there simply isn't the technology to contain them and continue with the fission reaction necessary to do their job. All gases in the world, diffuse quite quickly in our atmosphere, such that within days molecules from Hanford will be in Cape Hope or Bombay, or New York (small wonder that the local-concentrated cause-effect of these very toxic gases are impossible to blame on the local Nuclear plant because the bone-cancer etc. rates aren't greatly elevated compared to non-Nuclear plant areas)
-Tritium-gas, and Tritiated water are released in vast quantities. Tritium is radioactive Hydrogen. Hydrogen is the most common element on earth, the basis of all life, the essential element in water. Water diffuses slower than gases, but it to0 evaporates and diffuses in a matter of weeks/months throughout the earth. And so, slowly Nuclear fission is polluting all the water of our earth. It will take awhile since there are more Hydrogen atoms than any other.
-Radioactive Halogens: Salt has halogens in it. So when biotic life forms need salt, chances are they will ingest a radioactive salt molecule, hopefully not enough to tip the balance by irreparably damaging the genes in the cells.
-Radioactive Noble Gases: Argon, xenon etc...inert they say...but the fact that they can and do degenerate into harmful elements such as Strontium 90 (bone cancer etc.) is 'within acceptable levels'..acceptable to them.
Then there is the 'safety'..I won't go into the security expenses necessary to keep Nuclear Fission byproducts out of the hands of 'terrorists'....
Essentially, if we humans want to be deluded enough to think Nuclear Fission/Nuclear Power is clean and safe, then whatever greater power is governing the universe will apply Darwins principle to our multi-organ, complex species that requires all of these organs to function properly in order to exist. No place for war criminals

KUALA LUMPUR: People should use their power and make leaders found guilty by the War Crimes Tribunal "unwelcome wherever they go", Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said.
"They (the war criminals) should be literally hounded," the former prime minister said in his keynote address at the three-day Expose War Crimes – Criminalise War Conference here yesterday.
"They should have their full frontal and profile pictures put up everywhere as war criminals. And historians should always refer to them as war criminals in history books."
He said all leaders, especially those from powerful nations, wanted to go down in history as great men – identified with great deeds and not as war criminals.
"History should remember (British Prime Minister Tony) Blair and (US President George W.) Bush as the Killers of Children or as the Lying Prime Minister and President. What Blair and Bush have done is worse than what Saddam (Hussein) had done," he added.
He proposed the setting up of a permanent tribunal to criminalise war, which would be empowered by victims of aggression and right-minded people, to hear charges levelled at war-mongers, leaders and governments of aggressor nations to determine their innocence or guilt.
He said it should be made up of international jurists of repute with no personal or national interest in matters referred to them so that their judgments would be based on evidence and not sentiment.
Admitting that the tribunal might not have the power to enforce its decisions because the people on trial might be too powerful, he said: "We should find ways and forms of punishments that are within our capacity."
"The jurists should have no qualms about the unorthodox laws they should draft or the kind of punishment they should prescribe."
Wars, Dr Mahathir pointed out, are nothing more than "legitimised terror."
"Wars are crimes against humanity. The terror caused by powerful countries with their rockets, missiles and bombs cannot be said to be less than that caused by a suicide bomber. Powerful countries are much more terrorists than the suicide bombers," he said.
Dr Mahathir noted that while the suicide pilots in the Sept 11, 2001, terror attack on the United States killed 3,000 people, 600,000 Afghans and Iraqis have been killed and continue to be killed by their "powerful oppressors" (the West).
"Sending in more troops simply creates more targets," he added.
Unless war is made illegal, he said, the whole world would have to endure an endless state of war between the powerful and the weak.
Later, during a question-and-answer session, Dr Mahathir said he had doubts that the collapse of the World Trade Centre in New York was actually caused by terrorists crashing planes into the towers.
He said the buildings had collapsed in an orderly manner with such military precision that it all seemed well planned.

"History should remember (British Prime Minister Tony) Blair and (US President George W.) Bush as the Killers of Children or as the Lying Prime Minister and President. What Blair and Bush have done is worse than what Saddam (Hussein) had done," he added.
He proposed the setting up of a permanent tribunal to criminalise war, which would be empowered by victims of aggression and right-minded people, to hear charges levelled at war-mongers, leaders and governments of aggressor nations to determine their innocence or guilt.
He said it should be made up of international jurists of repute with no personal or national interest in matters referred to them so that their judgments would be based on evidence and not sentiment.
Admitting that the tribunal might not have the power to enforce its decisions because the people on trial might be too powerful, he said: "We should find ways and forms of punishments that are within our capacity."
"The jurists should have no qualms about the unorthodox laws they should draft or the kind of punishment they should prescribe."
Wars, Dr Mahathir pointed out, are nothing more than "legitimised terror."
"Wars are crimes against humanity. The terror caused by powerful countries with their rockets, missiles and bombs cannot be said to be less than that caused by a suicide bomber. Powerful countries are much more terrorists than the suicide bombers," he said.
Dr Mahathir noted that while the suicide pilots in the Sept 11, 2001, terror attack on the United States killed 3,000 people, 600,000 Afghans and Iraqis have been killed and continue to be killed by their "powerful oppressors" (the West).
"Sending in more troops simply creates more targets," he added.
Unless war is made illegal, he said, the whole world would have to endure an endless state of war between the powerful and the weak.
Later, during a question-and-answer session, Dr Mahathir said he had doubts that the collapse of the World Trade Centre in New York was actually caused by terrorists crashing planes into the towers.
He said the buildings had collapsed in an orderly manner with such military precision that it all seemed well planned.
"I can believe that they (the United States) would kill 3,000 of their own to have an excuse to kill 650,000 Iraqis. These are the kind of people we are dealing with. Please don't think this is fiction."
